Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item. KVM Exports will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items purchased with a discount are non-refundable unless they are defective.
International Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes on returns. Refunds for international orders will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for international returns are non-refundable.
